AV Orders

Additional AV, such as a monitor, for your stand can be ordered ahead of the event. Please find below the costs and details on how to order this:  

Cavendish Venues has partnered with Corinium to provide AV for your stand. 

  • Item: 55" screen on moveable stand with HDMI lead 
  • Cost: £350 +VAT PER DAY 
  • Details: Cost covers set-up on 24th February.

You do not need to register your speaker as this will be done separately nearer the start of the event.  

Pre-Event Additional Information

LeadGen (optional)

You’ll have the option to include a lead scanner with your onsite sponsorship package. Full details on ordering and setup will be provided in the new year.

Seat Drop Information

You have a seat-drop included in your contract, which will take place either on the morning of Day 1 or ahead of your session. Please provide 200 copies of your materials, either brought with you or shipped in advance, and hand them to a Corinium staff member, who will manage the seat-drop for you.

Prize Draw Information

During the drinks reception on Day 1 (25 February), we will hold a prize draw featuring items provided by our sponsors. Attendees will receive a drawcard and must collect stamps from at least 50% of exhibitors to enter, helping encourage booth traffic. Exhibitors should be available during the reception to present their prizes to the winners, who must be present to claim them. Please confirm your prize by Wednesday 11 February.

Exhibitor Setup, Schedule, and Teardown

The standard space-only stand package includes:

  • 2m x 2m Floor Space
  • 1 x rectangular table with generic black table cloth (we recommend sponsors to bring their own branded tablecloth for extra impact)
  • 2 x chairs
  • Access to power (please bring a PAT tested extension cable with you with correct UK plug)
  • Access to complimentary Wi-Fi.

    If you have specific requests for tabletop setup, we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Please ensure that all materials and displays remain within the designated space and do not exceed a height of 2 meters.

Setup:

Tuesday 24th February 2026

Exhibitors may access their booths for setup between 7:00pm and 8:00pm.


All stands must be fully set up and ready by 8:00am for the arrival of conference delegates.

Day 1:

Wednesday 25th February 2026
Registration opens: 8:00 am
Conference: 8:45am - 5:15pm
Networking Reception & Prize Draw: 5:!5pm - 6:15pm

 

Day 2 & Teardown:

Thursday 26th February 2026

Registration: 8:00- 8:45am.
Conference: 8:45am - 4:40pm
Teardown: from 3:30pm, after the final Networking Break

Please note: Exhibitors are responsible for both the setup and breakdown of their own booths and must vacate the venue by 5:30pm.

Shipping Information

Return Shipping Instructions:

Include a pre-paid return shipping label in your original package.
After the event, your team is responsible for packing up your exhibit. Extra packing tape will be available onsite to help seal outgoing packages.
Place sealed, labeled return shipments on your exhibit table after the event.
Sponsors are responsible for arranging pickup and providing return shipping labels.
All return shipments must be scheduled no later than 2nd March, two business days after the event.
