Underground:
Liverpool Street (Central, Circle, Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City or Metropolitan Line)
For exits from all underground lines follow signs for Liverpool Street mainline station. Once on the main concourse of the mainline station, look for signs for Way Out 1 (Bishopsgate West) located next to platform 14. Take the escalator or stairs up to street level where you will see a Police Station on the opposite side of the road. Turn left and follow Bishopsgate past the entrance to 135 Bishopsgate. Turn left up the external arcade stairs. Enter 155 Bishopsgate, once inside take the escalator on your left up to the first floor. At the top of the escalator turn right and enter the gold double doors into the 155 Bishopsgate 1st floor reception.
Train:
Liverpool Street Station - follow directions for Underground from the main concourse.
Bus:
155 Bishopsgate is served by many bus routes including 388, 242, 149, 135, 78, 48, 47, 42, 35, 26 and 8.
Parking:
There is an NCP car park at Finsbury Square (EC2A 1AD).

Exhibition Details
YOUR EXHIBITION PACKAGE
As per your Sponsorship Agreement, Corinium will provide you with the following:
- 3m wide x 2m deep floor space
Kindly note: start-up stands will be provided with a 2m wide x 2m deep floor space only
- Branded 2,415mm wide 2,415mm high graphic wall (please see below for artwork requirements) - only applicable if included in your contract.
- 1 x rectangular table with generic black tablecloth (click here for the full dimensions)
- Access to Power (we recommend bringing a PAT tested extension cable)
- Access to Wi-Fi
- 2 x chairs
Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and not exceed 2 meters in height.
Please provide a copy of your artwork for your graphic wall in a high-res, print-ready PDF to Mark at Insite Graphics (mark@insitegraphics.co.uk) by Monday 15th January. Please also note that text and/or logos need to be kept 90mm away from the edges.
Mark will also be happy to discuss upgrade options with you such as;
- UPGRADE PACKAGE – Illuminated - Branded Large lightbox back wall: £650

There is limited onsite storage available for packing materials, boxes, etc. It is suggested that exhibitors keep packing materials to a minimum.
Important Note: Every piece of electrical equipment that is brought on-site must be PAT tested
EXHIBITION SET-UP / BREAKDOWN TIMES
Set-up: The exhibition area will be open between 4:30 - 6 pm on Monday 5th February for set up. Kindly note, these timings are subject to change.
Break-down: Exhibitors can breakdown their stand from 4:00 pm on Wednesday 7th February and need to vacate the space by 5 pm.
Please note, exhibitors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their own booth.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY EVENTS
Corinium are working hard to ensure that our events are as environmentally friendly as possible. We are aiming to reduce overall waste onsite at events over the coming years and will be working closely with the venues to do our part for the environment and we ask that our sponsors do the same.
Please consider your stand set up and items and merchandise onsite at event and where possible opt for the more environmentally friendly option i.e., re-use banners/signage, opt for non-plastic giveaways etc.
SECURITY
The venue will maintain 24-hour security throughout the duration of the event. While every reasonable precaution is taken, Corinium and the venue accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to exhibitors property. We highly advise that exhibitors take anything of value with them when they leave their stand for the night.
Delivery Instructions

Below you can download the delivery label and any other relevant delivery and/or venue details
Please ensure you make your own arrangements to courier your materials to and from the venue. We strongly suggested that you check on the delivery of your materials BEFORE you arrive at the venue.
All deliveries and collections to etc.venues 155 Bishopsgate must be recorded using the Fulcrum system following a change in loading bay operations. Register using the following link and fill out the appropriate details: https://www.wj-fulcrum.co.uk/register/
On successful registration of your account, login and add a booking providing all relevant details about your delivery, with date & approximate time and with your Event Manager as the venue contact. More details on how to use the Fulcrum system can be found here.
Items can be sent to the venue up to 2 days before the event and must arrive between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
Any items you ship to send should be clearly labelled. Please use the shipping label on the link above.
LABELS MUST BE ATTACHED TO ALL ITEMS YOU ARE SENDING TO THE VENUE FOR YOUR EXHIBITION STAND (BANNERS, BOXES, ETC)
Please be aware that deliveries that are not clearly labelled have a high chance of going missing.
Please note: It is the sponsor's responsibility to organise the collection of goods post-event and return shipping. Please arrange for your packages to be collected no later than 24hrs after the event and ensure that they are registered using the Fulcrum system.
If you are leaving boxes, banners, etc. for courier collection after the event, please ensure that all items are clearly labelled and that a Corinium team member or venue staff has been informed.
Staff and Registration Details
In your sponsorship contract you will have been allocated a specific number of onsite passes for the event. Please remember these should be used by individuals within your organisation with specific industry knowledge relevant to the event.
You will need to register your team passes prior to the event and by 23rd January to ensure that your team's badges are available for collection at the event registration.

The break times of the conference will be the peak traffic times for the exhibition area. Please follow this link for the current program (Note – timings and schedule may change at any time). A final program will be sent out to you prior to the conference.

WISH LIST: Please remember to submit the names of up to 50 individuals or organisations that you would like to see in attendance at the event and we will endeavour to get as many of those requested onsite. The deadline to submit your wishlist is 4 weeks prior to the event to ensure we have enough lead time.
