Exhibition Details
YOUR EXHIBITION PACKAGE
As per your Sponsorship Agreement, Corinium will provide you with the following:
- 2m wide x 2m deep floor space
- 1 x rectangular table with generic black tablecloth
- Access to Power (we recommend bringing a PAT tested extension cable)
- Access to Wi-Fi
- 2 x chairs
Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and not exceed 2 meters in height.
If you have decided to have a custom stand built and/or are using an external provider for any part of your stand, please let us know the details of the installation, supplier, etc.
There is limited onsite storage available for packing materials, boxes, etc. It is suggested that exhibitors keep packing materials to a minimum.
Important Note: Every piece of electrical equipment that is brought on-site must be PAT tested.
EXHIBITION SET-UP / BREAKDOWN TIMES
Set-up: The exhibition area will be open between 6:30 - 8 pm on Tuesday 11th February for set up. Kindly note, these timings are subject to change.
Break-down:
CDAO UK Sponsors - 13th February
Exhibitors can breakdown their stand from 3:45 pm on Thursday 13th February (after the final networking break) - You will need to vacate the venue by 5:00 pm.
Please note, exhibitors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their own booth.
AV SUPPLIER
Cavendish Venues has partnered with Corinium to provide AV for your stand.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY EVENTS
Corinium are working hard to ensure that our events are as environmentally friendly as possible. We are aiming to reduce overall waste onsite at events over the coming years and will be working closely with the venues to do our part for the environment and we ask that our sponsors do the same.
Please consider your stand set up and items and merchandise onsite at event and where possible opt for the more environmentally friendly option i.e., re-use banners/signage, opt for non-plastic giveaways etc.
SECURITY
The venue will maintain 24-hour security throughout the duration of the event. While every reasonable precaution is taken, Corinium and the venue accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to exhibitors property. We highly advise that exhibitors take anything of value with them when they leave their stand for the night.
Delivery Instructions

Below you can download the delivery label and any other relevant delivery and/or venue details
Please ensure you make your own arrangements to courier your materials to and from the venue. We strongly suggested that you check on the delivery of your materials BEFORE you arrive at the venue.
Deliveries: You are welcome to arrange deliveries up to 2 working days prior to event and collections up to 2 working days post event.
Please ensure all items are sealed and labelled and all deliveries to arrive between 9 am and 5 pm via the main entrance of The Minster Building.
The Address is Cavendish Venues, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing, London EC3R 7AG Located by the main (south) entrance off Great Tower Street for deliveries.
If you require larger deliveries please let us know as larger deliveries need to be booked via us through our loading bay.
Please note we do NOT accept deliveries on pallets or with excessive weight requiring more than 1 person to lift/move the item.
Any items you ship to send should be clearly labelled. Please use the shipping label on the link above.
LABELS MUST BE ATTACHED TO ALL ITEMS YOU ARE SENDING TO THE VENUE FOR YOUR EXHIBITION STAND (BANNERS, BOXES, ETC)
Please be aware that deliveries that are not clearly labelled have a high chance of going missing.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please note: It is the sponsor's responsibility to organise the collection of goods post-event and return shipping.
Your onsite team must have a RETURN PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL for all return shipments. Once the event is over, your team will be responsible for packing up your booth/exhibit. Corinium/Re:Work will have some extra packing tape onsite to help seal any outgoing packages. Please arrange for your packages to be collected no later than 48hrs after the event.
Please kindly make sure to arrange collection of any bulk or non-recyclable items like pop-up banners after the event as unfortunately we do not have onsite facilities to recycle these. If you choose to leave these items onsite, there will be a waste collection charge of £200+ vat.
If you are leaving boxes, banners, etc. for courier collection after the event, please ensure that all items are clearly labelled and that a Corinium team member or venue staff has been informed.
Staff and Registration Details
In your sponsorship contract you will have been allocated a specific number of onsite passes for the event. Please remember these should be used by individuals within your organisation with specific industry knowledge relevant to the event.
You will need to register your team passes prior to the event and by 29th January to ensure that your team's badges are available for collection at the event registration.

The break times of the conference will be the peak traffic times for the exhibition area. Please follow this link for the current program (Note – timings and schedule may change at any time). A final program will be sent out to you prior to the conference.

WISH LIST: Please remember to submit the names of up to 50 individuals or organisations that you would like to see in attendance at the event and we will endeavour to get as many of those requested onsite. The deadline to submit your wishlist is 4 weeks prior to the event to ensure we have enough lead time.
