Friday 13th January | Deadline for:

  • -Company Overview & High Resolution Logo 
    • -Please send your Company Overview (150-200 words) to Molly via email

    • -Logo Requirements: High resolution JPS/AI/EPS as well as a JPG/PNG file

Tuesday 17th January | Deadline for:

  • -Non-Illuminated graphics for exhibit booth back-drop due.
    • -Dimensions: W2015mmm H2215mm (high res print ready pdf)
    • -Note: No text/logos/info within 90mm of these dimensions

Friday, 20th January | Deadline for:

Tuesday 24th January 

  • -Delegate list released to sponsors. Corinium must receive full payment of sponsor before the list is released

Thursday 2nd February | Deadline for: 
  • -Deliveries to the venue on or before this date
  •  
  • -Sponsor pre-event webinar hosted by Corinium via teams. If you do not have the invite on your calendar, please email Molly.
Thursday 9th February | Deadline for: 
  • -The collection of materials from the venue
Monday 13th February
  • -Final Attendee List to be sent from Molly by EOD

Stand Packages

The standard space-only stand package includes the following:

  • -3m x 2m exhibit space
  • -1 x  non-illuminated-branded back wall (sponsor to provide graphics) 
  • -1 x rectangular table 
  • -2x chairs
  • -1x power socket access - we recommend bringing an extension cord
  • -Complimentary Wi-Fi

If there are specific requests for tabletop set up, we will do our best to accommodate. Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and not exceed 3m in height.

Shipping Information

Items can be sent to the venue up to 2 days before the event and must arrive between 8:00am and 4:00pm.  
 
Any items you wish to send to the venue should be clearly labelled. Please use the below format:

Timings

Setup

Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 February

Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up on the Monday (set-up hours announced 2 weeks prior to event), and from 7.30am on the Tuesday.

All stands must be ready for main conference delegates arrival at 8:00AM.

Breakdown

Wednesday 8 November

Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 6:30pm on the Wednesday. Please note, you are responsible for setting up and breaking down of your own booth.
